Manager, Video Production Full Time

Position Summary
The Manager, Video Production will oversee all aspects of video creation, from pre-production to post-production, and ensure that our videos align with our brand identity and marketing goals. The role is primarily responsible for leading a team of video producers, editors, and animators, and collaborate with other marketing managers, designers, and writers. This role will also oversee the video production budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Essential Functions
- Lead and direct video strategy and project from concept to completion (pre-production to post-production), aligning with internal and external stakeholder to achieve business goals.
- Ensure videos align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Serve as lead video producer and editor, while also directing a team of video producers, editors, and animators, as needed.
- Collaborate with other marketing managers, designers, and writers.
- Manage video production budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Infuse creative vision and a passion for storytelling into all video projects. Perform other duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in video production, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and familiar with video production equipment and best practices.
- Manage multiple video channels and platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, live events, and educational formats.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills,
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop team members and small support staff.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ethical, with a commitment to company values.

Requirements

Targeted Salary Range: $94, 542.00 to $128,600.00 annually
