Amerisure is recruiting for a Senior Creative Specialist to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. This is a hybrid position working Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s, in the office, and remote the remainder of the week.
Position Summary:
Brings the Amerisure brand to life through creative execution utilizing various graphic design programs, platforms and technologies. Plans, designs, develops, and produces the visual media for a variety of marketing materials used for internal and external engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces (including all print and digital assets), collateral materials, and external corporate publications.
Develop graphics and layouts for presentations, sales assets, departmental logos, and charitable ads.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
Work with internal and external customers to ensure successful representation of corporate brand through the alignment of standards and guidelines.
Manage printing and production of materials and collateral.
Maintain all master Amerisure branding, photos, artwork, and logos including managing the cloud-based digital asset management platform.
Maintain current knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of digital and dynamic design, layout, photography, video and illustration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
8 years graphic design, communications, or advertising experience.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, After Effects)
Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with web design/development.
Experience with web content management systems (WordPress/SharePoint), and digital marketing platforms (eg Ceros, Splash, etc) preferred.
Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines, occasionally under rigorous demands and on accelerated schedules.
Excellent verbal, written, and digital (video) communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers. #LI-CR1
