The Role:
The Service Drive Development Manager (APS) is responsible for helping our dealer partners sell vehicle maintenance. This will be done by working with newly installed dealerships, monitoring, and acting on dealerships with low usage numbers, sharing best practices, updating dealerships on APS updates, and relaying customer feedback to operations and development to continue improving APS offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
Working with OEM Dealers
Training dealership staff on APS offerings
Consulting dealerships to understand their current service drive processes
Suggesting, training and following up best practices to aid dealerships in getting the most out of APS offerings
Oversee assigned territory accounts (Not responsible for Sales)
Conduct demos as needed
Assist in maintaining current accounts, training, price adjustments, new logins
Responsible for monitoring / correcting low usage dealers
Review and investigate all Apache notices related to accounts and customers
Work with OEM Venders / Contractors (Example – Helm)
Other work as deemed necessary
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education, degree/diploma or 3-5 years of dealership experience
Automotive dealership experience is mandatory
Service/Fixed Ops Manager
BDC or Appointment Coordinator with a service focus
Process driven Service Advisor
Knowledge and use of DMS products, especially PBS V10, is an asset
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong technical aptitude
