The Opportunity:

In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. The Role:
The Account Development Manager (APS) is responsible for setting up / Installing OEM Maintenance Pricing Guides and On-Line Appointment Scheduling, working with accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Working with OEM Dealers – Installing and maintaining Maintenance Pricing Guide and On-Line Appointment Scheduling
Oversee assigned territory accounts (Not responsible for Sales)
Complete installs as assigned
Set-up Maintenance Pricing Guide (EMG)
Set-up On-Line Appointment Scheduling (OAS)
Conduct demos as needed
Maintain current accounts, training, price adjustments, new logins
Responsible for monitoring / correcting low usage dealers
Review and investigate all Apache notices related to accounts and customers
Work with OEM Venders / Contractors, Example – Helm
Other work as deemed necessary
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education, degree, / diploma or several years of dealership experience
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Account Management or Business Development role would be an asset.
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as Service Manager, Service Advisor or Partsman, knowledge and use of DMS products especially PBS V10 is also an excellent asset
Strong technical aptitude
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
