As the Ad Ops Specialist – Search & Shopping, you will play a crucial role in our Digital Marketing team, serving as the expert on Digital Ads platforms for Search & Shopping campaigns. You will be responsible for establishing best practices and enhancing tracking and measurement standards to optimize performance and improve reporting.
The successful candidate must be based in the Greater Vancouver, BC area. We follow a remote-first model, using in-person meetings for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
Lead the search and shopping platforms and provide expertise and ad operations support for ad tech and media activation platforms like Google Ads, SA360, GMC, Facebook, and more.
Manage the campaign setup, taxonomy and account framework by establishing best practices and ensuring successful adoption across campaigns.
Offer operational assistance for product feeds related to off-site search and shopping campaigns on different ad networks.
Collaborate with internal tech teams during outages and ensure adherence to third-party ad policies.
Enhance product data and labels alongside marketing leaders to boost growth and optimization.
Manage conversion tags, audiences, and automation processes with both external and internal collaborators.
Regularly provide performance insights and suggestions.
Support specialized reports for custom analysis and innovation in off-site programs.
Work with external partners on new advertising technology features and coordinate their integration.
Provide additional support when needed for off-site retail media campaigns.
Utilize emerging AI technologies such as Copilot or Gemini, to help establish roadmaps to support and expand existing programs.
Manage campaign setup on search, display, and social platforms, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with media strategy.
What we’re looking for:
2-3 years of experience with paid digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, SA360, Bing, programmatic DSPs).
1-2 years of experience with dynamic product ads and product feeds.
Knowledge of ad tech and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform).
Strong Excel skills.
