The Director of Customer Excellence champions overall growth agenda of Mars Petcare within Key Customers through Best in Class execution of strategy. They are the voice of sales & advocate of the customer, utilizing deep expertise in the category across various customers and channels, representing the sales function as the key stakeholder with internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution of our strategy in every venue that Pet Parents are engaging with our products.
This role is responsible for the translation of business strategies, priorities and objectives into perfect planning & execution of sales fundamentals within the Canadian retail landscape. They lead everything influencing the in-store and omni execution of our brands within our customers as well as instore through the Retail Sales force.
Accountable for the executional excellence of our Key Account & Retail teams, this role ultimately enables the Sales function to deliver category-leading growth. It is also in charge of managing the entire sales planning process, collaborating with the sales team, marketing, SRM, finance, Retail Sales, S&Op, Demand Planning, and Supply.
