COURSE OF STUDY
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources required
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Summer Program: 10-12 weeks in the summer (full time) May – August (37.5 hours)
Option to extend through the end of May 2025 on part-time basis (~20-25 hours weekly)
Location – Subaru Headquarters in Camden, NJ
$19 an hour (undergrad)
The SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED
Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or MBA program with an emphasis in Human Resources (Junior (or a Senior planning to pursue a Master’s Degree in the fall))
Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
Inherently curious, ambitious, and passionate for building engaging talent experiences
Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Talent Acquisition HR Team to drive talent programs across the business
Support team with organizing, hosting, and developing university program events
Exposure to Talent Acquisition Operations including corporate, field, university, & diversity recruiting
Support all recruitment marketing needs such as: content creation, social media scheduling, employee advocacy generation, recruiting insights, market research and more
Develop targeted employer branding campaigns from concept generation to execution that align with short and long-term strategic hiring priorities, track, measure and report on campaign results
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support with process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks
