Purpose
The Machine Operator – Press Room role operates a variety of metal forming and finishing equipment to support manufacturing output. This role performs set-ups, processing, and routine inspections while working in coordination with other team members. Additionally, this role supports EFCO’s manufacturing operations by producing high-quality forms, components, and assemblies with precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and Set Up Production Equipment (50%)
Fabricate and Assemble Components (10%)
Perform Quality and Documentation Tasks (15%)
Support Material Handling and Maintenance (15%)
Follow Safety and Environmental Standards (10%)
Additional duties may be assigned as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing to meet organizational goals and priorities.
