TWB is excited to be adding a Scheduler to the team. In this role
the Scheduler manages short range production planning and the purchase of materials to support it. We are looking for a customer oriented
high energy
multi-tasker and problem solver that strives to achieve on-time customer delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a strong customer relationship by communicating with customers in an organized and efficient manner
Analyze customer needs daily to set priority and provide information to the appropriate personnel/departments;
Develop Production Schedule from customer planned orders; update schedule as need to account for adjustments made by customers
Maintain eKanban system for facility
Communicate daily with Operations
Shipping and Receiving
and other members of the Materials Department on production activities
key issues and concerns
Complete all required reporting and documentation as required to meet deadlines for reporting
Work with Supply Chain Manager to compile and report out on short term capacity plans
Review and maintain proper levels of inventory for parts and packaging
Lead and participate in internal and external calls
Quarterly visits to customer locations
Other duties as assigned
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented
Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the entire process flow from raw material through production to customer delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to complete work independently as well as in a team environment
Experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) preferred
Oracle experience preferred
