Summary:
The Operations Specialist (OS) for the Regional Nursing & Wellness Programs is responsible implementing department wide initiatives that align with MHM’s strategic goals and vision. The OS will be a proven driver of change and work with the leaders of regional nursing and wellness programs to provide administrative direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Regional Nursing & Wellness programs activities of assigned projects, functions, and quality assurance within the department to align with organizational needs.
Salary:
Annual salary rate begins at $66,079.00. Mid range at $82,599.00. Actual starting rate will be commensurate with experience and education.

Education/Experience:
Experience working with administration, healthcare, or management with community-based organizations preferred. Two years (2) year experience in performance improvement or project management during which critical thinking and time-management skills have been demonstrated required. Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of education, must have a high school diploma or GED and four (4) years’ experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Project management certification preferred.
Travel:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to community sites, MHM program sites, convenings, and conferences.
