The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physicians for Family Medicine Residency Program Director.
• Five (5) years of clinical Family Medicineexperience required.
• Three (3) years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited program and demonstrated experience in a leadership role is required.
• Evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications.
• Possess strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Adaptability, creativity, as well as enthusiasm for teaching and quality patient care.

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center – Colton, California

• 456-bed university-affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and operated by San Bernardino County
• 100-acre campus that includes both hospital and medical school
• Regional burn center, comprehensive stroke center, Level I trauma center, a stand-alone behavioral health center, and five primary care centers, including four off-site family health centers.
• Arrowhead Regional Medical Center provides Inpatient Care and Outpatient Care facilities with over 60 specialty services and preventive programs for children and adults.
